Dr. Foix graduated from Creighton Dental School with a degree in Dental Surgery in 2001. Prior to attending Creighton, Dr. Foix attended Creighton Prep High School and the University of Nebraska-Omaha where he earned a B.S. in Biotechnology. Dr. Foix treasures spending time with his wife and two young children, a boy and girl. Dr. and Mrs. Foix enjoy traveling together and make regular visits to Estes Park, Colorado and Scottsdale, Arizona. Nebraska Football occupies a special place in Dr. Foix's heart. Dr. Foix has been a fan of the Big Red since his father took him to his first game at the historic Memorial Stadium. Reading is another passion and his favorite authors include Leon Uris, Bryce Courtenay, C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tokein, Louis L'Amour, Chris Moore, Nelson DeMille and many others. Dr. Foix enjoys listening to all kinds of music including Jimmy Buffett, U2, R.E.M., Talking Heads, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Elton John, and Elvis Presley. Dr. Foix remembers how important regular exercise used to be before fathering two kids. Dr. Foix has earned a 3rd Degree Black Belt in the Korean martial art Hapkido, taught martial arts, and fitness boxing and has also studied boxing, American wrestling, judo, jujitsu, Mugendo Thai boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. Dr. Foix's other interests are varied and constantly changing. You only go around once in life and you have to make the most of it!
