If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. It was all around a really bad experience, the salesman was very unprofessional, tried to offer me $1000 for my 2015 Honda Civic and when I told him no thanks and started to leave, they refused to give me my keys to my car back and kept trying to offer me more money for my trade in but The first offer was pretty insulting to say the least, while I continued to ask for my keys back the manager ignored me and kept trying to talk me into buying from them. The second Seth Wadley location I went to, the guy was ready to get home, so he pretty much told me that the banks were closed and that he couldn't help me. After encouraging me to drive the three hours to the dealership.
