After a roof rupture caused some fairly severe water damage to our house, Servicemaster was brought in by our insurance company to mitigate the and demo the damage. Ricky, Hayden, Michael and the rest of the team could not have been more kind or professional, and they were a breath of fresh air in a really tough time for us. Given their specialty, hopefully you'll never HAVE to use them, but if you do, they'll be the best first step you can take toward getting your home back in shape.

They were very responsive to our questions and needs. The team were very respectful of our home. When they were finished they cleaned up everything and left no debris behind. When one of the dehumidifiers malfunction they came out after hours to remedy the problem.

They did a great job repairing our family room after a messy accident. Toilet backed up all over the floor. The floor guys were a little difficult to work with Becca they didn't speak very good English and I really wish that they would have replaced the threshold at the backdoor. But all in all we are satisfied with how things turned out.

Continued, great experience. Basement was flooded so the damaged areas had to be removed and/or dried. The repair work has been stagnated due to delays with receiving the check from the insurance company. Brianna, Lorraine, Stephen, and all the other team members have been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process.
