I didn't end up having any work done, but the entire experience of working with David and the on-site team was very good and worth leaving a review for.
The hot water heater in our condo burst, and since it was indoors it flooded an entire bedroom. Flooding and water damage is so stressful, and David really helped alleviate that. He responded to my initial request within a few minutes, took over a dozen calls from me and replied to texts immediately, and got a team out there within a few hours to assess. They couldn't start work because the leak was still ongoing, but David helped me understand what was happening and what I needed to do. He answered so many questions for me, and was willing to help me understand what my options were.
It was a relief when David gave us a transparent cash quote and I would've been happy to work with David and team in different circumstances.

We contacted Flood MD after a recent water damage due to an internal pipe bust behind our dishwasher. David, Dennis and Andre came over quickly, assessed the situation and established trust with their understanding of the problem and got to work quickly. Our insurance had denied the claim, so we were on a strict budget and Dennis and Andre did a fantastic job within the constraints that we had. They were punctual, respectful and very efficient. We were amazed with the different techniques they used to dry out the damaged areas with minimal demolition. Their work was simply amazing. They also turned out to do the restore/rebuild work in less than a day, miraculously saving us the pain/cost of reflooring the entire kitchen/living room by reusing a very finite quantity of left over laminate. The work turned out perfect, and it doesn't look like anything happened in our kitchen. Their invoices were very reasonable and we've already picked out other projects around the house they can help with. Our only regret was that we didn't find them earlier. I highly recommend them.

A great overall outfit. Working with them was easy because of quick and concise communication. Additionally, they were willing to be patient with me while working on this job dealing with an insurance claim (for water damage) that took longer than necessary to resolve. The carpet and laminate they installed looks great. An all around solid service, I would hire them again.

David's overall helpfulness and professionalism was a great benefit to getting issues dealt with as they came up and he was available to answer any questions I had along the way.

Awesome service. They provided hands down the best customer service I've had. They were very respectful of my property and communicated well. We have dogs so they gave us a courtesy call before heading to our place, so we had a chance to put the dogs away.

We had to replace our flooring because the refrigerator leaks and mold started growing. They were very professional and provided awesome service!! My wife loves our new flooring and it has given our house an upgrade.

David was so easy, pleasant, and professional to work with. I was looking for someone to repair my duct work leak and the mold it had left behind and they cleaned it right up. My previously moldy ceiling looks great, and the work wrapped a day early!
I highly recommend giving them a call, you won't find an easier solution than Flood MD.

Awesome service. Had to get some asbestos testing done before I could get my floors replaced. They came out, got all the asbestos testing done and gave me a quote to get my floors replaced through them. They were very friendly with my dogs and had top notch customer service. I would highly recommend them.

They also explained the different options between different flooring and gave me the option to choose what I want.

As a women, I had a hard time figuring out what flooring I wanted. They were very helpful and we ended up choosing this flooring to complete our remodel. They were really professional and provided amazing service. 5 stars all the way and I highly recommend.

We had water damage that ruined our floors. If you have water damage or flooring installation needs, these are the guys you need to contact. They are very professional and have awesome communication.
