Mark was very rude. I asked to set up an appointment and he said "well would you even be in a position to buy a vehicle" it was BEYOND rude and to assume I can't afford to buy. Good job mark, I'll take my business elsewhere ??

My worst experience with a car dealership, ever.
I stopped by to appraise a vehicle and also ready to buy a new one. I would not recommend
Lexus sevco offered me $7k less than what I knew to take. Not Kelley books numbers that are inflated but real numbers that I was ready to work with.
Ethan was my sales rep. He did not try to make the sale. He blamed it on his boss for giving me a terrible trade in value.
Luxury should be about service, and Lexus missed the mark.
