I took my equinox EV in for its first service and Jeffery was my Service Advisor . They had my car done in short order and I was pleased with Jeffery ‘s knowledge of electric vehicles and his concern for my needs in the situation. At any rate, I was surprised at how good and how quick the service was.

Was looking to buy my daughter a car for her 16th birthday. I inquired about a vehicle that I saw online. Told the sales guy Vlad I planned to pay in cash. Set up an appointment to meet with him and test drive the car two days later. Received a call the day of my appointment and confirmed it again … saying I was using cash. Drove the car and it needed about $600-$700 worth of repairs. (Both front tires bald, brakes were pretty worn and it had obviously been hit in the front) not on the carfax. Asked if there was any haggling to be done on the price, he said no. THEN proceeds to tell me that the $9800 price is only for customers who are financing. If I wanted to pay cash MY price would now be $12,000 … Not one time in the three days was I ever told I had to finance the car in order to get the price online. Salesman was not very good. Parking was awful. Couldn’t even take the car on the highway or drive it over 35 to check bearings. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Will take my cash elsewhere.

I bought my new van and traded in my old one. The price was appropriate, and the customer service was great.

wasted an hour before a salesperson told me the price for the vehicle would be $4,000 higher because I didn't want to use their loan financing services... dunno whether this is dealer policy or particular to this salesperson or sales manager, but the whole experience was combative and awful and dishonest. went to a dealer down the road and bought a nicer version of the same make and model, without any nonsense or games over pricing.

I had a great experience buying my brand new 2025 Chevy Silverado! Brian and Andrew helped me out with everything, 2 top notch professionals. From start to finish they worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible. Working with me on my trade in, for a car that I didn’t even think was worth much. I feel as though they overpaid for my trade in. The snacks and drinks were top notch and always replenished. Usually when I buy my new vehicles I am in the dealership all day… they did a great job making sure I was on my way in a timely manner. They also got me a great rate with my credit score (which isn’t too high) I will be referring all of my friends and family for sure. Just don’t expect them to PUT A GIRL ON…
