Worst Company To Hire EVER!!! If you are looking for someone to represent you, your condo or home, keep looking. It’s been a nightmare working with Serfaty Law and in particular their employee ‘Carola’. See my nightmare working with this Company below.

Serfaty Law is the property manager for the condo I moved into last year. At move in, they gave me a mailbox key that didn’t work, so I reached out to Carola at Serfaty Law to make things right. They told me to go to the management office and get the correct key made then send her the receipt and I will be reimbursed “so I did just that and all documented thru email”. I reached out multiple times via email to follow up and Carola at Serfaty Law went ghost now that they owe me money. I have yet to see my reimbursement!

“Now my dishwasher has been broken for over 1 month because it’s an ongoing leak and the mold build up has gotten me very sick. Serfaty Law has yet to reply to my emails, so I had to reach out to my attorney for help. Hope this helps others!
