Update: manager contacted me and asked how to make things right. ended up giving me a small discount. Cars aren't great, but better than nothing for that price. for a long term student rental it will do the trick.

Took an uber here this morning to pick up my car for my 9 am reservation. Nobody was there. Called and got no answer even though they were scheduled to be open from 8-5 that day. A man who showed up said that these guys never show up on time.

Had to take another uber back so i could get to work on time. Out 30 dollars and no car. The guy called me hours later and didn't have a good explanation for why they were not there on time.

I will be taking my service elsewhere.

I called this car company and spoke with a nice gentleman who by the name of Julian who informed me of the requirements to rent a vehicle. I made sure I asked him several times if he was sure of the requirements. He also informed me that we didn't need a reservation, as they had plenty of cars and would have one available to rent when I got there around 6pm. My boyfriend and I showed up at the rental car place, and no one was inside at first because the guy was outside assisting a customer. We waited and when he came inside, he rudely said, "what do you need?" My boyfriend and I told him that we wanted to rent a car and that we spoke with someone earlier about renting, we didn't have a reservation, but we wanted to try them out anyway. It was 6:30 when we got there, so there shouldn't have been any issues. The rude guy asked for a major credit card and driver's license. I informed him that I was told that we could use our debit card to rent, and he rudely told me that we couldn't use it. He told us that the guy who just started working there misinformed us, and that we needed a major credit card per the manager. I told him that we spoke to Julian, who he confirmed was the manager, but he still wouldn't rent us a car. I was furious that I drove all the way down there, and he spoke down to us as though we were in the wrong. I won't ever rent from this place, seems kinda shady anyway. I'll be calling the manager today and possibly reporting to the better business bureau.
