They were a bit late but they came through regardless.

Outstanding service, very quick I was very relieved I didn’t need to be at the drop off just pick up. The driver joelky was outstanding and very solid tow driver and knew what he was doing and my friend at the shop said he delivered my car safely ! I would use them again!

I'm so impressed with Selected Towing! Great Service! highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable towing company.

I called to get my battery jumped and Guy showed up 10 minutes later and got my car started. Great service.

This place is a joke. Has to be by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy working cut me off mid sentence and yelled saying “don’t waste my time do you need a tow or not” and proceeded to tell me I was costing him money by asking the question I wasn’t even allowed to finish. Don’t know how bad these guys hate their job but they need to fix that attitude. Don’t bother wasting your time with these incompetent beings. Take your money elsewhere!!

I am a resident of Richmond, CA. I was on my way to the Richmond stadium for the big game when my car got into a terrible accident. It was then when I needed a towing service company that could tow my vehicle to the nearest repair shop. I called up Selected Towing. The company arrived as soon as they could. I was then picked up by one of their staff and they brought me to the repair shop.

Do not use these guys! You have been warned. They are not an actual towing company. They are a middle man and subcontract the towing out to a real towing company. Horrible experience. Promised within 3 hours. Didn't get truck till the next day. After 5 hours I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Ended up hanging up and calling back several times and every time placed on hold. Guy on the phone told me he is working from home. These guys are a joke.

we called for a tow for a car that was undriveable after our teen got tboned. Selected Towing took payment up front said they would be there in 45-1 hour. Mind you we have a teenager on the side of the road with a car that cannot be moved. after 2 hours we called, no answer for nearly 20 minutes. then when the did answer they claimed the driver was with the teen and their car. We called the teen and they had been driven home and had left the car at the site of the accident. The driver/dispatcher flat out lied. who does that? sleezy operation. Now we need to see if they over charged us. ...
