Add ReviewBen Brasfield was incredibly helpful in solving an issue with a former landlord. It was a small amount of money but Ben still made me feel heard and was eager to help me. After nearly a year of trying to get this situation rectified, Brad had things settled for me in about two weeks. Thank you, Ben!Report

My husband moved us from Texas to Virginia and then up and moved out six months later. I felt blindsided by how quickly he had moved on after several years of marriage. I felt extremely blessed to find Sarah G. Goding as my lawyer for the divorce. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to military divorces. She helped me navigate through the divorce and showed a real concern for my well-being. She was very accommodating and was always available for any questions that came up. She helped me negotiate the best terms and made the whole process easier for me to understand. I truly believe she was looking out my best interest. I would recommend Sarah G Goding to anyone looking for a divorce lawyer. She really cares about her clients. It was a pleasure working with Sarah and her assistant Ashley.Report

They were very good to work with. Prompt to respond, and used our time wisely. Helped me resolve a legal matter that had been dragging on for too long (for reasons beyond my control or their control).Report
Sarah Goding is extremely professional and caring; you can count on her for all your legal needs. Well versed in all aspects of family law, including cases that include military considerations.Report
Ms. Sarah Goding did a great job for my divorce process. She was always kind and responsive and charged me a very reasonable rate. The case went smoothly. I would definitely recommend her for family law matters.Report
I was lucky when I found Sarah Goding. I was very upset and concerned starting the divorce process, but Sarah's guidance calmed me down. She was able to explain to me how child support, custody, etc. would work. She countered my Ex's separation agreement and made the terms equal for me. She knew how my military and federal pensions could be affected and was able to preserve them both for me. In the end I got what I wanted and owed nothing to my Ex. I highly recommend Sarah and owe her my thanks.Report
An estate plan is something that every adult should have but that most people put off for one reason or another. Many individuals believe that only people with a lot of money or assets need an estate plan, but that’s far from the truth.
Your estate planning documents can make essential decisions about guardianship for your minor children, medical treatment in the event of incapacity, and your end-of-life wishes. We recommend that anyone over the age of 18 have an estate plan in place, and working with an experienced attorney is the best way to build a plan that meets your needs and goals.
At Select Law Partners, we provide estate planning services to Virginia and North Carolina residents. We develop comprehensive estate plans to meet your current needs and fulfill your future intentions.
