This place is horrible...Rebecca K is the manager and she is the most awful thing you could ever meet. First, she will over charge you for your storage unit than have you store all of your most important things in one of their rat units letting you believe that they will be safe locked in there facility. Than she will make up something to terminate your lease making it to where you cannot access your unit because you are not given gate access or able to log in to your account online. Than she will take everything...your whole storage unit...even after you pay faithfully on time every month...she will take it...and auction it and still charge you again after she auctions all of your stuff. HIGHLY ADVISE RENTING ANYWHERE BUT HERE...Rebecca K. Is the most awful rudest most unprofessional thing a company should never have working for their business...smh.the worst place i have ever had to deal with...And not only that but the amount of break-ins that they are so careless about.
