I used Secure Data for data recovery on my iPhone XS. They did a good job in recovering all the data. Jonathan Nguyen did an excellent work managing the entire job. Phone screen was however got damaged somewhere during the handling process. I replaced the screen at my own cost. I identified this issue and requested for refund or reimbursement of the cost and received a prompt reply from the customer service to address it.

I had a WD Element go bad after an O/S update. I sent an inquiry to SDRS and Elliot Fisher was the first contact. He gave me very clear alternatives around steps, price and turn-around time. Once I dropped off the drive, Elliot kept me informed on the process and fielded (patiently) several questions I posed throughout the process. When at risk of material data loss; I have to say it was great to have clarity and objectivity on the other side of the line. Thanks Elliot!
