Great experience. Jake walked me through the entire process and answered questions until I was comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Assessment process was smooth and I had a response in a day. I would recommend and use this company again.

Though they were unable to recover my data, Jake was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He was professional and understanding. I would definitely try them again if I needed to try another device.

I was very happy with the service and communication provided. My initial inquiry was a phone call with Jake G. He outlined the general process and options, so I felt comfortable to proceed. There was communication throughout. Jake worked with me on pricing issues and options that made it affordable for me. My case was fairly advanced and several other companies were unable to handle it.

I had a faulty thumb drive and needed to recover files from it. Jake Gambatese was super helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, the company was just too expensive for me to be able to retrieve my files (I am a grad student on a tight budget). Regardless, Jake was very professional and easy to work with and he did his best to work with me on the price, but still just too expensive for me.

While my media was deemed unrecoverable I received fantastic service. My representative Jake Gambatese was wonderful. Any question I had he answered for me as best as he could. He checked in with me pretty much everyday. Even though it didn't work out this time for me I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a safe place to get their data recovered.

I'm extremely pleased with the quality and service of Secure Data. Timothy and his team were responsive and more than flexible to working with me on repairing my corrupted hard drive. I got the sense that they really wanted to do the best they could to recover the all the files I had lost, even going so far as to work with me on the budget that I had. Great customer service from Jonathan Nguyen. I almost lost years of school projects and files when my hard drive stopped working, but I was able to get all of the data recovered, and Jonathan was great with answering any questions I had and sending me updates.
