Super nice hotel but staff can be a bit claustrophobic when eating a meal, it feels like you have to give feedback on every mouthful. The plates are whipped away as you finish even if others are still eating and the bill is put on the table before you've finished the meal, feels like a fast food outlet.Report

Beautiful hotel, amazing service and great location if you want to be in the heart of the action. Experienced room service, breakfast lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Food was great. We even had excellent service in the bar area for an early dinner. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to union square and the Embarcadero. This is most likely the best place to stay in the city with the best service.Report
