Nothing great, I was quoted $145.00 per hour and was told by Scott that that my move would take about 4 hours. The move took 7.5 hours and when I spoke to Scott he said he did not realized that there were elevators and hallways involved. : (
I was very clear in my directions and address, when I said my apartment was on the 5th floor that should have been a clue that there were hallways and elevators involved.
One other thing, the movers broke an antique lamp. Scott told me to send the receipt so he could submit it to his insurance company. I bought the lamp at an antique store five years earlier. I'll have to check that off as a loss as well.

The move cost me $1,087.00

I just had a move today done by Scott's Moving, and I highly recommend it to anyone! This is the first time I have ever hired a professional moving service, and prior to this all I heard was horror stories. I was so nervous and anxious, but learned quickly those were highly unwarranted feelings. The two gentlemen who showed up were amazing! They were: on time, professional, extremely nice, quick, efficient, and best of all handled everything so delicately! I had multiple people stop me ask for the company's number or information based off of just viewing how well these gentlemen worked together, if that says anything. Between the efficiency of the move, and extreme ease of contacting and receiving quotes, this is a moving service I HIGHLY recommend.
