We do not come here for service unless we absolutely have to, and even then, its a bit of a stretch for us. There is zero communications between anyone. The service department never calls you back, let alone answers the phone, and every time you call, it is a major inconvenience to the lady on the other line. Don't even bother asking for updates on anything because apparently nothing is written down, and if you speak to John Smith about your car, only John Smith can talk to you about it. And if John Smith is out for two weeks, guess who isn't getting their car back until John Smith is back from vacation. The only time you get any bit of information is when it is time to pay, and even then, the work is already done and there is no other choice than to spend an obscene amount of money for something you didn't even know you needed. Go elsewhere. You've been warned.

We went down there to buy a car. The price was negotiated over the phone but when we went down there the bumper was held together with a zip tie! We had already asked if there were any imperfections and they said no but they never told us about the bumper! The sales manager is a typical shisty car sales person. Do not go to this dealership...you know that icky feeling you get from salespeople? You will definitely feel it there. They are not straightforward at all.

Just bought my car here at SR in Torrance. I had the best sales person. He name is Ihab. He is very sweet and kind to your needs. I reccomend anyone purchasing a car here to personally ask for him!

Appointments? Why even bother if they still going to take 3 hours for an oil change this is the last time I come here for my oil change. I thought Making the appointment will speed it up apparently that's not how they do things here and I've been coming here since I purchased my vehicle here but now I don't think I will anymore.

slimey old school sales tactics .. they play little mind games only stupid people fall for. I also found DCH Honda to operate this way... It's enough to make me go back to Longo Toyota... sadly I wanted a Honda. I'll try Norm Reeves as one last effort.

I always hear great things about this place but I don't know why. I've been here about 4 times and all 4 times I was given attitude and short answers when I was requesting a specific salesperson. I feel some workers only care if they are taking care of you so that they get commission. Other than that they tell you to sit and wait for the salesperson to be available. For all 4 days I sat and waited an hour for this person to become "available". Some dealerships want your business and will show you, unfortunately this was not the case for scott robinson Honda. Instead of coming back for a 5th day of wasting my time, I decided to walk across the street from the Honda dealership to the Hyundai dealership and take a look at some cars. After a about an hour of looking around they took care of me swiftly and I left with a car the same day. Maybe they too should walk across the street and take some notes!!!

Darren White At Scott Robinson Honda was a great sales person that helped me to get into my 2020 Honda Civic. He was great on helping me get into a vehicle that would fit my budget. He walked me through from beginning to end with the process. I would recommend Scott Robinson Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle & ask for Darren White, he won,t let you down.
