Scorpion has managed our online marketing for some years now. They were handling our website as well until our corporate office assumed that role. I always appreciate the responsiveness of our marketing manager, Nick Castro. He diligently schedules monthly calls with us to review our results, asking questions about our goals for the coming month so that he can make the appropriate recommendations to meet those goals.

We have been working with the Personal Injury team at Scorpion for years and have been thrilled with their work. The PI team is quick to respond to our requests and have always used a collaborative approach. Scorpion has been amazing for our small business. I was skeptical years ago when we first signed up that the return would be worth the investment, but it clearly has been. The leads that they generate and the value of being on the 1st page of all searches far exceed the monthly cost. They are extremely helpful, present the marketing campaigns clearly, stay in touch with us constantly and lay out the ROI for us very clearly. Nadia and her team are always very quick to respond to all inquiries, which says a lot these days - very customer service focused.

Our office has been with SCORPION for close to 10 years. We are assigned account managers as our point of contact and each one that we have had in the past 10 years (3 total), has been extremely responsive and very helpful. Our current account manager is Chelsea and she has been wonderful with sending out our "happy links" and forwarding us the reviews that our clients provide. She also responds to our emails and inquiries withing 24 hours or less. Since our office is located in Hawaii, she has been very flexible with working with us during our work hours and sometimes that could be 7:00 p.m. her time. I can't say enough about the professionalism and flexibility of the account managers at SCORPION.
