I just bought a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek at Schumacher of Wedt Palm Beach and it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had - in ever. The experience with texts from Ernest offering to have pricing ready when I came in for a test drive. When I arrived, Ernest had another customer so another sales consultant, Michael Berkbuegler, came to assist me. Michael was exceptional in his professionalism, kindness, charm , helpfulness, attentiveness all with a wonderful sense of humor. When I had chosen the vehicle I wanted, I met Arial Saurez to arrange the financing. Arial was as amazing as Michael and went above and beyond to find just the right financing for me as well as thoroughly explaining all of the service agreement, gap protection, and other options available . I have a license plate from a previous car we want to use for my new car , but I had not brought it with me so Arial provided us a temp tag so I did not have to drive 20 miles home and back ! Arial also arranged to email the permanent registration to me to save another trip.
The Schumacher team was superb and I have told everyone I know how great they were! Oh, by the way, the price we settled on was a great deal as well, but it truly was Michael and Arial who made this the best car-buying experience I have ever had👍

I cannot thank the service department enough. We had a flat tire driving up to an important family event. The tire couldn't be removed due to non-working lug nuts. After several tries by AAA and Costco we were stuck! Mike and his team were able to get us in that day and fix the issue. They were absolutely wonderful. Truly the best experience I ever had dealing with my car. We were back on the road and able to get to the event. Thank you!
