Had a car inspection done with Schafer's Auto and I have not even one minor criticism. The staff I called and worked with at the front desk were very professional and answered all my questions prior to coming in. The communication and transparency was incredible, and the process was very easy as I am not someone with a lot of car experience. Pricing was incredibly reasonable, and I felt so well taken care of through the whole process. Thank you to all the workers and staff at Schafer Auto!!!

I love working with Michael at Schafer's! He's always clear about what's going on with the car, providing options for what I might want to get serviced. Schafer's is also very easy to schedule with, as you can do it through phone, text, email, or the website.

New to the area and needed a oil change/tire rotation last minute. I called same day and they were so flexible in getting me in! The staff was so nice and didn't pressure or try to upsell me, i felt very comfortable here & will definitely be returning

Emailed to schedule a state inspection and got a response the next day. You won't come across friendlier office staff than here. Had a nice time chatting with them. Inspection was done quickly and I appreciated the photo documentation. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I won't be intimidated or worry about being told something needs fixed that doesn't actually need fixed. I'll be returning for any car service needs I have in the future.

Honest mechanics and a very nice waiting area. They will take the time to explain what's going on with your car and what repairs are urgent, or can wait. Seriously these guys are the best.
