KIM IS THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY you will speak to in Boise and all of Idaho (and even Nevada!). Kim has worked closely on my immigration case since 2018, and I always proudly announce that she is my attorney.

Kim's work is passionate and purposeful; her efforts are relentless and extremely effective. Her knowledge of the current immigration laws is impressive. Not to mention, she has the kindest personality and an adventurous heart, which helped me feel at ease when I had to share all of the traumatic events from the past to help me build my political asylum case.

The immigration process isn't necessarily a breeze for many people, including me, and in moments when my anxiety drives me crazy, Kim always has a detailed answer to every single one of my million questions. She is very responsive, and I know she is always there to help because of her commitment to making this world a better place.

A couple of years after we submitted all the documents, my case got approved, and my green card application is coming up next. The last time I visited Kim's office, my immigration-related anxiety was completely gone. Kim has proved to be a fantastic immigration attorney over and over, which made me completely stop worrying about my future in this country.

Kim is a good lawyer and she has helped me with immigration issues in the past. Unfortunately more recently it has been difficult to progress issues. She appears to be understaffed for the caseload she is carrying. It is difficult to have communication with her, emails are unanswered and she does not deliver on promised dates to set up document portals and send instructions as she promises. I would not completely rule out using her as she knows what she is doing , but be prepare to be patient and frustrated by the process due to the lack of communication.

We applied during the pandemic so it took a whole year, but Kim still help us got our green card. There was a slight issue with her staff, they made a few mistakes in our paper work, but that is why you need to double check your paper work. Other than that I still recommend their service!

I'm very pleased with Schaefer Law firm. Kim and her team did an outstanding job representing me for my permanent green card application. I presented Kim with a challenging immigration case yet she didn't hesitate one second to accept it. When I met Kim, I was under tremendous stress. I had had no other choice but to petition for divorce a few months before, and dealing with the divorce process and my immigration status at the same time was extremely overwhelming.

Repeat customer!! Kimberly and the Schaefer law team helped my wife get her first green card and everything went really smooth. Kimberly even came to the final interview portion of the process. They were always available to answer questions and help ease our concerns. The green card was only good for two years as we were married only a short time, so we contacted Schaefer law to help file again to remove conditions on residence. My wife needed to travel back to Japan the month before her original green card expired, so we were on a tight timeline. I feel that she did everything not right and she doesn't care about you and your family. She just wants your money thats all. She's as that she will fight no she will bow down to them I would get another lawyer don't get her
