Very happy with Lucas Vincent, we had some special requests and they were able to help with everything.

I have been searching for weeks for the perfect car! Lucas then reached out to me telling me he could get me into the perfect car to fit all my wants and needs! Lucas V is great to work with and if you are needing a upgrade, I would highly suggest reaching out him. He definitely had my families best interest in mind!

Crazy supply and economic time for a vehicle purchase but you need what you need when you need it. Did research both online and personally to try to narrow my options, then looked at dealerships in what I would consider reasonable distance for not only source but also service. Stevens Point Auto Center came up as one of five that would hopefully satisfy my needs. Old fashioned but my preference was a visit to actual lots and that's how I got introduced to Tim Thurber, sales associate. He addressed my questions very professionally and thoroughly showing me many options including several manufacturers and models. He never tried to sway my choices, always respecting any questions I had.

Final decision; Hyundai Palisade. Met several other staff through the purchase process, all very knowledgeable and courteous. I will not hesitate to recommend Stevens Point Auto Center, and Tim Thurber to anyone serious about a vehicle purchase.

Buyer beware. Spent 50k on a 3yr old F-150. Their ad said 1-owner, clean history vehicle. I went in on a Saturday and purchased it. Corey the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. Got it home and my insurance company got the truck info and gave me a copy of car fax. It had 3 owners and an accident, far from 1 owner clean history. Left the salesman several messages and a few emails and no response back. I wanted to know what they were going to do to make it right. I would not have paid 50k for a 3 owner vehicle with accident history. It wasn't until I emailed the owner of the dealership (his email is on their website) that I got a call back. I explained to the salesman what was going on and he said it was out of his area of control so to speak and need to speak to his boss who was out on vacation. He told me he'd be back in 3 days and would contact me right away. Fast forward 2 weeks and still nothing. Sent more emails to salesman and he said Greg should be calling me but I've yet to hear from him. I drove to this dealer from Green Bay because they had the truck I was looking for and I thought since they were a franchise ford dealer I was working with a reputable dealer but I was wrong. Be careful when dealing here and do your research because once you leave they are done wanting anything to do with you. Don't get screwed like I did.

5 stars to Hunter Crispell & other personnel for the recent purchase of our used Buick with very low miles. He was friendly & honest. Made sure we were comfortable & answered all our questions. Happy with the trade in value for our old car. I recommend Stevens Point Auto Center to anyone looking for a car. I will definitely buy from them again.

Stevens Point is an honest dealer with good prices. Hunter Crispell is a great salesman, I think he deserves a raise.

I've been going to Stevens Point Auto Center for years and they've treated me right from day one. Tim Thurber, and Greg have gone above and beyond for me and I would recommend that place to anyone
