Savannah Marriott Riverfront

Despite the 4.1 rating. We had a great time here. Had a nice suite and we were taken care of very well. Great view of the river as well as a unique balcony overlooking inside the hotel. Nice spot. One of the better Marriotts we have stayed at.

Spoke to a very rude rude employee regarding a reservation issue on the morning of Friday December 10th. I worked in hospitality for years and never seen or heard a coworker act like this individual. She called herself one of the guest service managers that works 7am -3. Disappointing that this marriott in such a beautiful place and great location has a despicable human being like her representing them. If this behavior is acceptable by the marriott franchise then I would be more than happy to spend the thousands of dollars that i spend in hotel fees every year with another hospitality group! And also I left a voicemail for the operations manager and i'm still waiting for a returned call. Now for all u future customers ... u have been warned... READ ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!!!

From my observation the manager here is a flat out bigot. He has a plethora of issues and likes to project them. Wouldn't stay here again until they get better management.
