Such a pleasure doing business with Savage. I purchased a bike over the phone and they shipped it to my local dealer. Their communication was great and responsive. They didn't give me any hassle for a remote purchase. After calling many other Giant dealers, Savage's customer service was miles ahead of the others. Very recommended

Went to see some bikes ended up getting them here. Adam was great. Patient, honest, wasn't pushy, knowledgeable about the bikes and gave genuine recommendations. Didn't upsell or try to sell more than we needed. Highly recommended and love the bikes!

Stop! Go no further! This bicycle shop is the best in Phoenix! Chad and Adam are real professional's who are on top of their game! Fixed my Trek 5200 perfectly with the repair coming in way under the initial quote as well as quote's from other bike shops, literally saving me hundreds of $'s. I brought my bike in to Savage Bikes for a tire & tube replacement, and encountered helpful, knowledgeable staff who gave me good service. I will be back for my future bike service needs!

Very knowledgeable about repairs and bikes. I only went in to get a inner tube put on but they also were kind enough to correct/fix a repair a neighbor guy ("expert" bike mechanic) messed up. With just a tweak of a cable the Savage Bike guy fixed it. Savage is getting all my bike repair work from now on!

This is not a ' Bike Shop ' They don't even have a BMX Section at all straight cut us all the way out and sold out for mountain bikes this shop is wack

I'm a little confused being we have approximately 60 BMX bikes in stock, about 20 of which are out on the sales floor?!?! But yes Billy we take allot pride in having bikes for every type of rider to include BMX, Townies (cruisers), E-Bikes and yes that includes both entry level and high end road and mountain bikes! That my friend sounds like a "Bike Shop" to me!!
