I was in the dealership on Saturday and Manny was amazing. He answered every question I had and made the purchase of my F150 effortless. I highly recommended going there and seeing him.

We arrived with an overheated engine... I kinda knew it was going to be bad. Micheal, the service rep was calm, said he'd check it out and came back w the news that he believed the gasket failed internally and the engine would need serious work/replacement... Micheal connected us with sales rep Jonathan Pecunia and we had a good feeling from the get go. We talked about what I may be looking at for a vehicle, but we also talked about his background and family (made the situation very relaxed).

We toured the lot, test drove a couple vehicles and settled on a 2018 Edge SEL. Comfortable, large interior and rode well. Jonathan worked on initial paperwork with us and then turned us over to Ed, one of the sales managers. We then had dinner in the cafe (wow!) and when finished, signed my name over and over. Ed was excellent.

Jonathan helped us move all of our items over from the expired Fusion (nearly 200,000 miles) and sent us on our way.

I can not say enough about Sarasota Ford and our experience with their team. Michael, Jonathan and Ed were rock stars.

Jordan was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He made the process very easy and very stress-free when I’m in the market for another car or when I’m ready to trade this in Jordan will get all of my future business as well as my younger son and also their finance department was excellent. Saturday early afternoon / lunch, my 24 Dually has some habits my 19 did not. Well truck was going to shut down in 10 miles, I’m 10 hours from home base and pulling 48’ enclosed. Anyway Samm I think was his name, I’m terrible!
Stops eating his lunch comes out from his office still chewing! (Awesome!) he came out asked if I had eaten, we had told him we did not come to find out. He gave us two free Breakfast or lunch coupons Rd is over to the showroom where there was a wonderful restaurant that something we’ve never seen With a true chef because the food was just out of this world. (I guess that’s one way for keeping you to run when you get hungry) A movie theater in there for the kids and whomever to watch blacked out comfortable stage seating The whole works nothing spared! So we go in there we’re greeted by these two lovely ladies they take our orders bring us our food and before we could even be halfway finish she comes in there and let us know that everything‘s been taken care! I have stopped at shops during the week and they won’t even look under the hood. This man hooked it up to a computer checked it filled it up with DEF did whatever he did to hopefully got rid of my problems. Hard to tell these days with these computer vehicles.
I live 10 hours away from here. Sarasota Ford will definitely be on my radar to shop for our company vehicles and Personal for that matter. Thank you for the great service
