I would never do business with this dealership again. I was quoted a price on a new Navigator Reserve over the phone. I came in to purchase it for cash and confirmed the price. Took a test drive and came back to do paperwork. I wanted to use my American Express but was told they can only run $5K on it. I said no problem, I'll pay with a company check. They said they had to run a credit check on me because I was using my company check, but if I paid with a cashiers check, they wouldn't run a credit check. I stressed it was important not to have an inquiry as I was refinancing my home. they assured me it was no problem with a cashier's check. So I got a cashier's check. Then as I was signing the paperwork, they had added at least $2K of services I never asked for and wasn't told about. I said to cancel the services but was told that was the only way they would sell the car and pushed my cashier's check back across the desk. I had spent over half a day screwing with this, needed a car, and didn't want to call an Uber. I signed and drove away. After this I was notified that they had pulled credit on me.
These guys give car salesmen a bad name. Save yourself some grief and buy you Lincoln somewhere else. Had I known I would have to go through everything I went through, I might have purchase an Escalade instead.
However, I did find a good dealership, Vista Lincoln in Woodland Hills. They have been very helpful even though I didn't purchase the Navigator from them.

Very professional and cordial

This is the best dealership in SoCal. They sold me a hard to find Mustang Mach E. I called them about 2 weeks prior and talked to a salesman named Eduardo. I told him what I was looking for and he took down my info. I was so excited when he called me and said they had a customer cancel their order and it was mine if I could come down now. The transaction was super smooth and there was no mark up. Very thankful for the team at Santa Monica Ford!

Art helped me out - gave me an estimate of about 2 weeks to get a repair done, but managed to find the part needed from another dealer and get the repair done earlier than expected.

I went in to research a moderately priced SUV for our families third vehicle. While discussing the vehicle my friend expressed interest in their 100k mustang and the salesman quickly forgot I was even there. I attempted to inquire about the next model up on three.separate occasions to but each request seem to fall on deaf ears. Sadly, the friend I quiting about the mustang couldn't afford the car if it was 1/2 off.

have been a customer of SM Ford since 1977, they have always been a great dealership. Now that service is taking care of my "heavy lifting", I can say I have had no problems. Great coffee....but it is time for donuts on Sat mornings in the customer lounge!!?
