Sands Ford of Pottsville

Both the sales and service department exceeded my expectations making sure I was completely satisfied during and after my purchase of a used F-150.

I don't like going to dealerships and wasting time. We worked the deal over the phone with Brandon and then came for a test drive and finalize the trade numbers. Chris went for the test drive and was knowledgeable on the truck. I came back the next day to complete the paperwork with Paul and pick up the truck. Everything was quick and easy but Cody also spent time reviewing all the features in the truck. Very good experience. Thanks to everyone there including Larry that spent some time with me.

Great group of people, they went above and beyond to meet my needs!

Just got my first car there and was pretty excited, pretty stoked. The price was well worth it for the car I got, everyone I spoke to in there was great. Everyone is very lively, very fun, and they took good care of me knowing that this would be my first ever car. They wanted to make sure I was perfectly okay and comfortable with the vehicle I picked. The process was quick and simple. At least for me it was haha. I enjoyed my time there and definitely recommend this branch for anyone near pottsville.

After reading all the fantastic reviews of this place I decided to give them a shot and reach out to get some info on a new Bronco. I reached out 3 times and never heard anything back from them. Normally I give someone 1 chance and move on but 3 times and nothing. I'm sure other Ford dealers wouldn't mind if I spent my money at their business.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Sands Ford for over 10 years and I can honestly say I will be purchasing from them for many years to come! Great customer service and products.

Rip people off when you take your car there to get fixed for a recall

After a recent back surgery I no longer could enter and exit my mustang GT. I stopped at Sands Ford expecting the normal dealer runaround, instead I met with an unbelievable friendly and helpful group of people. Everyone from management to product assistant were beyond helpful. I ended up with a Bronco Sport which I enjoy greatly!
