Buying our new Jeep Wrangler was a great experience. Our salesman Jim (Mac) was the reason we bought the Jeep at Sands Auto. Mac was knowledgeable & enthusiastic about showing us the available Wranglers. He also was friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Other salesman at other dealerships could not compare, Jim (Mac) was not pushy & just gave us the information we needed to make a decision. He also informed us that even after the sale he would always answer any questions we might have.
It was also great dealing with Drew and the finance specialist.
We are extremely happy with our purchase and looking forward to going back to Sands Auto for any of our Jeep needs.
Also the detailing was awesome and Jim went out of his way to show us how to use all the features in our new Jeep Wrangler.

Very pleasant to deal with when having service done to my vehicle. The only issue have with them was that I prepaid for a couple oil changes and then bought a new car (not from them nor was it a Ram). Then discovered I could not transfer the prepaid oil changes to my new vehicle which means I lost out on 2-3 of my oil changes. The lady was very nice and apologizing but at the end of the day, I am out money (probably $130) that could have been used for something better. Because of this; I will not be going back there.

Update: I have emailed my contact information a couple of times but zero responses.
