Sandra Margoles MD - Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Dr. Margoles is hands down the best. First and only consultation I had because I knew right then she was the one. She made me feel so comfortable and sure of my surgery & recovery process. I'm very pleased with the entire experience and natural results of my breast reduction. Dr. Margoles and staff answered all my questions and concerns. She was immediately available after the procedure to address minor adverse anesthesia issues. I would highly recommend this practice based on her experience level and my first time plastic surgery success story.

Dr. Margoles is an extremely dedicated surgeon who goes above and beyond the call of duty to help her patients look and feel their best. I sought help from Dr. Margoles when I developed capsular contracture in one of my breasts that had a saline implant. When the time came close to the surgery, we learned that there was a shortage of implants for replacement, and I was worried my surgery would be postponed and interfere with my work. However, Dr. Margoles personally called all nearby hospitals to find an implant and it arrived a few days before the procedure. I was impressed with the level of dedication that Dr. Margoles and her office showed me. It is rare to find a doctor who would look out for their patients to this extent.

During the procedure, Dr. Margoles used a fat transfer in addition to the saline implant replacement. My recovery from the surgery was smooth, and I started seeing preliminary results two weeks later when the swelling had substantially subsided. My breast looked gorgeous – it is more symmetric now because of the fat transfer, and it has beautiful curves in the right places. If anything, it looks more appealing than the other breast, and I would like to do a fat transfer to my other breast as well. I love the results. What's more is a side benefit of the fat transfer: Dr. Margoles took fat strategically from places that would most enhance my appearance, and now my thighs look noticeably slimmer! I have an active lifestyle, but I never managed to reduce the size of my thighs with workouts and diets, and I was astonished to see my slim and toned physique after the procedure! Dr. Margoles is a sculptor who worked with my body to bring the best parts and features forward and camouflage the weaknesses with liposuction. I never thought much about liposuction before I met Dr. Margoles, and I truly appreciate her craft now. She is a talented plastic surgeon whom I will recommend to all my close friends and family, so that they can achieve the bodies of their dreams.

I had surgery to remove bags under my eyes. Dr. Margoles did a fantastic job, and it was as good as I could have hoped for. She's a pleasure to work, sincere, honest and made me feel very comfortable. The results were great, and very natural looking. I highly recommend her!!!!!

I cannot rave about Dr. Margoles enough. She is kind, honest, caring, attentive and REALLY GOOD at what she does. I had a modified abdominalplasty and was very nervous about the downtime after (having 4 kids to take care of). While I am still being careful and not doing any heavy lifting I am almost back to myself after just 2 weeks! Not to mention her work is incredible---I am so happy with how I look. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her. I do not have one bad thing to say. Also--Her assistant Landon is wonderful to work with and extremely helpful with guiding me through all the appointments as well as making appointments work for my busy schedule. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Margoles and her office.

I originally came to Dr. Margoles to fix a ruptured breast implant, and ended up replacing both implants. From my first contact with her administrative personnel, who provided me with expert advice about the surgery and recovery, I learned about the caring and high quality of her practice. Upon meeting Dr. Margoles, I was impressed with her attention to detail and artistic approach. She was also personable, making me feel comfortable discussing my body insecurities with her. Trusting her skills, I decided not only to have both implants replaced, but also to have liposuction, scar repair, and a fat graft to my lips. During the surgery, Dr. Margoles "tried" several kinds of implants on me to determine which best suits my body. Three months after recovery, I cannot take my eyes off my new body: my breasts look natural and soft yet full, the liposuction gave me an hourglass figure that continues to refine as the swelling from the surgery subsides, my scar from an old surgery is practically invisible, and my lips are lush and full. I now look better in my mid-40s than I did in my 20s! Having the surgery with Dr. Margoles was the best gift I could have given to myself – I feel healthy, strong, full of confidence, and so grateful and happy that I had the chance to realize my body's full potential through the expert craft of Dr. Margoles. Dr. Margoles is a gem, and my only regret is that I did not find her earlier in my life.

I cannot express strongly enough, how exceptionally professional, thorough, efficient, as well as patient, Dr. Margoles has been with me during my visits with her. At my most recent appointment with Dr. Margoles, I found all my concerns fully addressed, and I left her office knowing my treatment of choice was skillfully tended to. Not to mention, the results, even after just 3 days, had surpassed my expectations! Dr. Margoles also took the time to explain several non-evasive treatment options for me, without being pushy at all, that I will be seriously considering in the near future.
