Great customer service.

Dr Sandel destroyed my bridge of nose. Had a small procedure to fix a pitted scar, first time didn't work which he told me may not, went back as advised to have corrected he took a chunk and now have a huge piece missing. Went back he just smiled in my face advised filler juvaderm which isn't even for facial scars, and wanted to charge full price. Went to a different plastic in Annapolis who advised Bellafill which has helped. Went back for a different consultation to Dr Duggal, why always pics taken when I just wanted a consultation? Ridiculous over priced and would never go back to either. There are way better not as over priced in the area to go to

They took great care and attention to me throughout the whole process, and they helped me with all of my questions and concerns. They're professional, careful, kind, and homey. I have been getting my facial treatments from Heather for the last 7 months. She is very knowledgeable about facial skin care. My skin glows! I am very pleased with her work!

I saw Dr. Sandel for breathing and cosmetic concerns that resulted of my first rhinoplasty surgery (with another doctor). Dr. Sandel was very open to answering any questions and explained why the breathing issued occurred and how he would address it. I was very nervous about going through another surgery because of my not-so-great experience with my first rhinoplasty. Dr. Sandel was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable on the subject, which reassured me that he would be a great choice. I saw many ENTs before visiting him and he was by far the Doctor that made me feel most comoftable going through with the procedure and had the best approach that was least invasive, while still achieving my desired result. He was very kind and was always reassuring me throughout the process, which calmed my nerves. The entire staff was also amazing, very kind, and professional. They took many precautions for COVID as well, which made me feel much safer. His patient coordinator a great job explaining all of the insurance processes and helping me with billing questions. After 1 month I could not be happier with the results!!! My nose looks so much better and more natural. Despite still having swelling, my breathing is much better than before. I will always be grateful to Dr. Sandel and his staff for improving the quality of my breathing and giving me much more confidence with my nose. He by far exceeded my expectations. I would 100% recommend Dr. Sandel!

Dr Duggal was very warm, understanding and listen to my concerns and needs. She also advised me of the best treatment for me and answered all my questions. I will follow up with Dr Duggal in 2 weeks and I am positive that I will continue to see her in the future. I would recommend you do your homework before deciding to go and see anyone for the treatment you need. I did mine and I am so happy I happy that I discovered Dr Duggal and Sandel Duggal Plastic Surgery Center.
