I am so happy to write this review. I just completed a one night stay at the San Antonio Marriott Medical Center and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Prior to arriving at the hotel, I called to request an area for a media interview and was assisted over the phone by Susan. Susan was so thorough in giving over the meeting options and spaces for interviews that I was at ease as I was heading into San Antonio. Upon our arrival, we meet Cassandra, who was so very warm in welcoming us and introducing us to Susan and Teresa. As promised, the area for our interview was secured and both ladies were on hand to help with anything we needed. Callie at the front desk helped print out copies when the business center printer was not cooperating, and Christina also at the front desk helped us with a later check in and with recommendations in the area. We were offered a free shuttle ride by Rudy, the courtesy driver, and he was friendly and courteous as well. The entire staff from bartenders to housekeeping were all so polite, friendly, and professional. Literally, every person in the team was happy to help their guests, and I am not just speaking about my group. It was wonderful to see everyone take pride in their jobs and in the stays of their guests. In a time where so many take to the internet to complain, I would like to highlight the staff at this establishment in hopes that they continue to get the credit and recognition they all so deserve. In my experience, the leadership has done a fine job of hiring the right people for the job. Well done.

Very clean, a bit dated. Needs a refresh. Elevators are a bit slow. Most of the staff is awesome!! Skyler is great, she manages the entire bar and lounge by herself!! Frances is wonderful and goes the extra mile to ensure the M club experience is great. Front desk is hit or miss. Alexandria is a rock star! I will be back every other week or so for a while!!!
