I normally don’t post things like this, but my recent service experience deserves to be shared.Report
My vehicle was kept in service for over 14 days, even though I explained the issue — including the tire and rim problem — on day one. I had multiple conversations with my adviser throughout the week, yet they didn’t even begin addressing the tire issue under my warranty until a week later.
Despite speaking with the adviser, the service manager, and attempting to reach the GM, not one of them returned a single call. In the end, I had to pick up my vehicle unfinished and now have to take it to another Chrysler dealership just to fix the rim properly.
During this time, I spent over $500 on rental cars, and not once did they offer an apology, a courtesy service, or even a basic acknowledgment of the inconvenience they caused.
With a platform of over 500,000 followers, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership for repairs. No customer should be treated this way.

The sale needs help.I bought four cars from them and pretty much sums up all four experiences.
I recently bought a 2022 Dodge Challenger from a Different lot and I had Transmission issues. I took it and the Service Advisor JEFF M WITHINGT, Not only did he help me resolve the problem when the other lot I bought a warranty from didn't cover the repairs after giving me the run around for almost 2 weeks. Jeff and his team got my Challenger right and back on the road quick fast. 100/10 customer service from this man willing to go the extra mile to help you.Report
We had a great experience purchasing our new vehicle from San Antonio Dodge, and a big part of that was our sales representative, Ragan. From the moment we walked in, Ragan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and stress-free.Report
He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions clearly, and never applied any pressure. The entire purchasing process was transparent and efficient, which made us feel confident in our decision. Ragan stayed engaged from start to finish and made sure everything was handled properly before we drove off the lot.
If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, we highly recommend asking for Ragan at San Antonio Dodge. His customer service and attention to detail truly set him apart.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at San Antonio CDJR and would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here.Report
I came in to look at a 2021 BMW X7 that was advertised online around $34,600. At no point was that price ever honored or even presented as the actual selling price. Instead, the dealership inflated the vehicle to a “market value” of $42,000, applied a so-called discount, and still landed thousands above the advertised price once fees were added. This is misleading at best.
What made the experience worse was the lack of honesty and professionalism from management. During my test drive, I clearly noticed the steering wheel was sitting significantly off-center while driving. When I later raised this concern, the sales manager dismissed it entirely and implied that I simply didn’t understand what I was experiencing — despite the fact that I had driven the vehicle. That response was insulting and inappropriate.
To add to the concern, the vehicle had mismatched tires, yet I was still expected to pay nearly $2,400 in “reconditioning” fees. Charging recon fees while dismissing mechanical concerns and delivering a car in that condition is unacceptable.
This vehicle has reportedly been sitting on the lot for over five months, yet there was zero transparency, zero flexibility, and a noticeable attempt to shift blame rather than address legitimate issues.
I ultimately walked away because I did not trust the dealership, the pricing, or the way concerns were handled. Buying a vehicle requires trust — and this dealership failed on every level.
I would not recommend purchasing a car here.
