10/10 - Call and ask for Orlando. He is a genuine person who is extremely knowledgeable and focused on getting you and your family in a vehicle that works for you. I am extremely pleased with my experience from beginning to end. Also, if it is something you are interested in and/or need, Allen will take care of you on the backend with market leading financing rates and multiple vehicle protection plans (including the inside of your vehicle, which can be extremely valuable for folks with kids).Report
Alec, Alan, Dennis and Hosa, all helped with two out of state purchases (one from each party), on a Tuesday morning, with a deadline having to be met regarding all logistics and all documents required (to make those out of state purchases), to be completed in their entirety, before 1PM (same day) or nothing would happen at all. The only notice they were given (to the subject) was that someone would be coming down to follow up on a new vehicle that had to be physically seen (understandably before-hand), that same morning. (After driving 5 hours) I arrived that morning an hour early (9AM) to meet with (salesman), Alec. The receptionist showed me about the place and pointed to where they had a great cup of coffee I could help myself to before getting started. By 11:55 AM we had accomplished what we set out to do. I would have to add that the salesperson was eager to get going as soon as I arrived but then switched gears in order to listen to what the customer was communicating. The business model at the dealership shows more genuine character than the majority of its competition. If I were a third party auditor on their customer service and overall professionalism, they would receive high marks. Forgetting the fact, their car lot alone would draw people, for the sake of seeing what the competition is missing. Since this was a single morning in the life of a single consumer, I would summarize in saying:Report
From front to back, Sam Leman understands honesty creates return customers.
Don't listen to me, check it out for yourself.
Working with Alec Gilmer was a pleasure. He helped us find a car for my husband at a price we wanted to pay.Report
I must say the high pressure exerted by Dennis McIntyre to buy extended warranties was very uncomfortable and not appreciated. It makes us less likely to recommend this dealership.
