Only reason I use this dealership is because it’s close by. Had an oil change set up for 8am, I had other appointments so I just dropped it off in hopes that I could get my car back in a hour. Boy was I wrong. My car still had not been taken in at noon when I called to find out if it was ready. I was not able to pick my car up until 1:30 that afternoon. 5+ hours for just an oil change is outrageous. The service department needs a lot of work.

Jason was patient with my vehicle purchase, took a few weeks to actually decide to proceed with this additional vehicle. Once it was time to proceed he made the process super easy and expeditiously prepared the paperwork and scheduled the delivery. Thank you

I was traveling North up to Sheffield VT From Connecticut to pick up my camper. My transmission control module stopped communicating and the truck was stuck. After having it towed to the dealer they were able to get my truck in that week and have me back on the road home. I’m very happy with the service they provided me, Definitely got me out of a jam!
