Cynthia Kenney is absolutely no help what so ever and really rude. I got an email that my service was canceled (by me- I did not do that so I reached out). She tells me it’s a glitch.. Then I ask about my tires that are currently on my car (the ones that came with it brand new) and she can’t tell me. First email is back when I got my car in may. Second is from today. I suggest finding someone with customer service skills for this job. There is no way you do not know the size or the tires that came with the car that you currently sell 2024 CROSSTREK BOUGHT IN END OF MAY 2024. Was interested in buying tires ha.

We worked with Kyle, and in the span of a few weeks we went from unsure what we wanted, to taking home a new Forester. Really happy with the experience, and we look forward to the next time we come in!

Just purchased my first new vehicle in almost a decade here, and I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless everything went! We worked with Kyle each time we came in--three times total because I'm a pain and need to do as much research as possible--but Kyle was always extremely pleasant, happy to see us, and he remembered every detail even when we changed our minds what felt like a hundred times. In my past car buying experiences elsewhere, I've always felt talked down to and like I was entering into some sort of battle of wills, prepared to be cajoled and coerced, but here everything was straightforward, I said what I wanted, and I got exactly that!

My wife and I went down to get our Impreza inspected and just for kicks I asked if we could get the car appraised, and turned out that it had a higher trade-in value than what we expected.

We decided to take a look at trading up for something newer and spent about 6 hours asking every single question under the sun to our sales associate, Richard. I don't know how this guy put up with us, we were nervous about making a decision without giving it due consideration, but Richard C. stuck it out with us. He fielded our questions about leasing vs. purchasing, let us test drive a couple different vehicles, printed out numbers on about 8 different vehicles. He did this all so if we decided to drive off the lot in a new car, we'd feel comfortable and safe with our decision.

I'm a skeptic when it comes to any sales situation, I'm always trying to find the rub, and that's a point of pride for me. So if you can, imagine my anxiety while I was being sold a new car by someone who legitimately was putting in the legwork to make sure that whether we drove off the lot with a new car, or without, he just wanted us to be happy with that decision.

Thanks Richard! We love our Forester, we still talk about what a good decision it was, and what a great buying experience it was between you and everyone over there being such good people!

(Also everyone there is SO nice! We love bringing our dog and letting him soak up all the attention and love he gets from the staff at Saint J!)

Fantastic dealership with an equally fantastic service department. This was my first time getting service there and they explained everything to me. Solid, professional, friendly. Definitely recommend seeing Kyle or Matt for your next vehicle!

Would highly recommend consider getting your next vehicle here! I came here back in March 2024 to buy my first car! Drove away with a beautiful 2023 Crosstrek. 7 months later and I still couldn’t be happier with my choice! He was friendly and low-key, making us feel comfortable without any pressure. He took the time to listen to our needs and was quickly able to find just the car for us!
