We are the perfect answer to, “What should we do in Austin?” Travel a few minutes west of downtown to our gorgeous location in the Hill Country. When you arrive our friendly, expert crew will welcome you aboard our clean and comfortable Catalina 270 Luxury Edition yacht. The boat has plenty of shade, indoor and outdoor showers and a large cooler. Whether it's Dad's birthday, a family outing, girl's day out, a friend excursion or a romantic date for two, you're sure to love cruising the blue-green waters of Lake Travis with us. Choose one of our 2, 3 or 4-hour cruises for up to six guests. On our longer cruises enjoy a stop for a picnic or swim in one of the nearby coves if you like. On your sail you can see Arkansas Bend, Lakeway, and Hudson Bend. Be sure to catch a glimpse of the Lake Travis “lighthouse” on a hilltop 300 feet above the water. On afternoon cruises watch awe-inspiring sunsets. If you're hungry, bring your own food, drink and snacks to the boat or visit the tasty Sundancer Grill right here at the dock. Want to help sail the boat? We're glad to let you get involved. Or, if you prefer, sit back and relax while we reveal the delights of a peaceful sail on our beautiful lake. In addition to sailing cruises, sailATX offers restaurant tours, corporate/organization team building and sailing lessons. Guests of all ages are welcome and life jackets are provided (kids under 13 must wear one). Customers also love us for special events like bachelorette parties, anniversaries and birthdays. With over twenty years of experience sailing, the owner is also a graduate of the Chapman School of Seamanship and a certified sailing instructor with both US Sailing and the American Sailing Association.
