I will never buy from this place again. Finance guy was a pushy jerk. Low balled me on my trade in. Had to literally walk inside an ask if someone wanted to sell me a truck after I was looking at 2 truck for over 30 min opening doors and hoods and still nobody came out. Came In with a $35k check from bank and couldn’t get the truck they sent to my bank cuz they didn’t want to do the extra paperwork for my trade in. Test drove the truck with no gas in it. Very poor quality of service if I wanted treatment like this I would’ve went to Bergstrom

I bought a 2018 Cadillac ATS from here and I went through Damon. Damon was a huge help in everything and how fast he was. Super friendly and knew everything about the car. If you're looking for a vehicle and a quick in and out then this is the place and Damon is your guy.

About two days after I bought a $47,000 truck I noticed there were 100 or so tiny chips in the windshield. I understand I was buying a used vehicle and was prepared to get it fixed on my own but just thought I’d call S n L and see if they could help me. Damon said “yes, I understand. Bring it down anytime after 10:30 in the morning and we’ll get that taken care of for you.” I felt relieved but next morning Damon called at 8 a.m. and said I’d have to be there within the next half an hour. I got dressed and flew down there. Their “glass guy,” scoffed and said “well, I can’t fill in all these spots.” I was bummed out but still prepared to simply pay for a replacement windshield and inquired with Damon how much that would cost. He walked off, came back and told me “right around $500.” To which I said “alright, can we get that scheduled?” He said “yes” and “he’ll get back to me.”

After waiting TWO WEEKS I called again, left a message wondering if this was going to happen? Still, I had gotten no response. Now, after three weeks of waiting I get a TEXT message from Damon saying “here’s the name of a glass company. They can take care of it for you at your house and give you pricing.“

So in another words, he could not take care of it for me, made me drive 20 miles to their dealership, 2 and a half hours earlier than he told me, for nothing. Then left me hanging for three weeks despite my leaving multiple messages, only to tell me to fix it myself. If he had simply said “well, there’s nothing we can do,“ three weeks ago, I would’ve already had it done and not wasted a huge amount of time and gas.

I am not one to call names but obviously he was saying anything he could to make me think he was going to help despite the huge inconvenience his inaccuracy’s (at best) created. When he was trying to sell me a truck he called me back almost immediately but when I tried to get help with anything it took three weeks, multiple calls, a scheduled appointment that he changed last minute and multiple messages to get a snide response back via text.

Aside from that there were a ton of problems with said truck that weren’t made apparent to me. Like the entire underside being caked with cement. My experience was that of a textbook, awful used car lot. But I accept the blame, I trusted S n L to stand behind a $47,000 product, which admittedly was my fault.

Damon was so amazing to work with. Very patient and listened to all my questions I had about the new vehicle I was purchasing as well as the vehicle I was trading in. Mike in finance was also amazing to work with and made the buying process a breeze!

Started with Jeremy, he was very attentive & kept in contact with me. Then had Ashley..she was terrible. Never told me what was going on with my Jeep and acted irritated when I called. Lastly had Lisa and she was very personable and kept in touch. 3 different advisors in a week. My suggestion is to keep one all the way through
