Purchased a Promaster for my business and I purchased it around 11/15/21 and had check engine light come on also the running lights on box did not work they had it for 11 days and fixed nothing besides a headlight that was out. Also had loan paperwork screwed up had to go back two times. My salesman promised me the world and did nothing for me! Its now been back there since 12/16/21 and its now 12/20/21 still don't have the vehicle back because they can not figure out the running lights on the box and the vehicle will not pass a DOT inspection because lights don't work. Check engine light they told me its one of the four O2 senors and could not figure it out so they did finally replace all 4. I WOULD NEVER EVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FOR YOUR COMPANY THAT YOU NEED TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS FROM S AND L! Long story short I had the vehicle for over one month and can not put in service.

When I headed to S & L I knew what I wanted to purchase. A 2019 Ram, V6, Crew Cab, low mileage. Dan knew exactly the truck to show me. Only 15,000 miles and pristine condition. The price was right in line with other dealerships. What set S & L apart was the family-like atmosphere that Dan and Don created. A far cry from the rude treatment I received at Bergstrom. I recommend this dealership highly and would encourage any truck lovers to test drive the Ram, AT S & L!

Buying vehicles has always been my least favorite about owning them. S and L turned what is normally is an anxiety filled experience into one that was far more enjoyable. Their team works fantastically together and everyone I worked with was an extremely effective communicator. A lot of businesses have seemed to suffered staffing shortages and severe dips in quality of service, but S and L seems to have it together. I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely go to them before anyone else when looking for my next vehicle.

We had an okay experience with them but not great. When we went to sign our final paperwork and were waiting a long time the salesman admitted that he forgot about our appointment. When we did receive our vehicle that was promised to be detailed, it was not. And after bringing it in later to get finally get detailed they did a sloppy job.
