I purchased a truck here and it ran hot and broke down. I towed back to the dealership to fix a coolant leak and when I went to pick it up it was vandalized with dents, scratches, and rips in the interior.

Prompt, efficient service. I received a call to let me know my vehicle was ready.

Tucker, Jorge and Denny are a great team. I have bought 10+ vehicles since 2005 from various dealerships. This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had.

Due to the chip shortage I needed to order a new truck vs the traditional method of buying what is on the lot. The team at Russell & Smith made this very easy and helped me to be sure I had all the bases covered. I was kept up to speed on the progress all the time.

When the truck arrived they had it prepped and ready for me . The transaction process was smooth and simple. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I went well out of the way to use Russell & Smith and I am glad I did.
