My family is seen at Russell and we have never had any issues. My children also
Get their medical care and urgent care needs here. I rarely walk in because I call first and they give me a same day appointment. My kids are ages 17,17, 13 & 8. Healthcare teams are stretched thin due to Covid. Being a health are professional myself and a consumer I can see both sides of the coin.

Went there in July, saw a PA. He couldn't address some of my concerns. Went there today, saw an MD. She didn't seem too concerned about addressing concerns at all. She said repeatedly that she's a med doctor. So she addresses symptoms, not underlying issues. Neither time has anyone taken my temperature or listened to my heart or lungs. They don't/choose not to send controlled Rxs electronically to a pharmacy, which means an additional trip to another location. I have worked in public service my entire life and now work in health care. I am not impressed with this practice and will not return.

Wouldn't recommend for anyone of color. ?? Child or not.

They're ok if you can actually schedule with a provider but the bureaucracy is painful. Even though the website says very clearly "WALK INS WELCOME", they don't actually take walk in patients. Tried calling to schedule an appointment and the phone line said the office was closed even though they are open. Is it that hard to get this right?!?

Lied about services offered. Bills you before treatment is given leading to a conflict of interest. 10 out 10 would not go back. Not LGBTQ Friendly.

Business office manager is very rude. I asked her to call I surnce she said she had on June 6. I let her know I just dropped off a new card yesterday to which she said we wish you would give us the right information from the start. I said I thought original card was right and would work howeve keep in mind I paid cash so this did not affect her.

I asked her to refund my son for today and she pretty much said no. I said I have paid in cash every time there is not risk to you. She again blamed it on me stating I should have given correct intro Mario at first. I asked for a manager she said no a d h7ng up

I did go there threw a fit and pulled my son out. I am getting my medic. Records tomorrow. I will not deal with someone who is so rude and will hang up on you on a phone.

I moved to Georgia in 2015 and started going to Russell Medical to start with a new Doctor. Dr. Urrutia is a great Dr. always willing to hear all your concerns without rushing you out. The staff is courteous and so willing to help with anything you need. They've got me in last minute when I am needed it. I can't say enough good things about Russell Medical.

Not sure they are still open. I have called three times over the last week and had to leave a message and no one has called back.

I would never go here. The service is awful and they never return your call. I wouldn't even take my dog here much less my children or myself.

Very poor customer service.
Our credit card was charged without our permission.
The billing dept will not return calls
