Russel Subaru

Really bad experience. Will not consider cars here anymore. The sales are rude and will not listen to you speaking. Not polite. No matter what price sales give, I think the first thing sales should do is being polite to customers, which they definitely do not achieve. And when showing prices, there is no offical quote or files, just a small piece of paper from calculation. I don't think this seems professional.

I've been here a few times over the years. The customer service is excellent from all over. Sales, Parts, everyone is kind and goes the extra mile to help you. It's always a pleasure coming here. Whether it's for a new purchase or just to get repairs done.

Amazing service from Gabe in the service department. He made sure to look for anything on my repairs that was covered by my warranty (which I forgot about) and made sure to keep me updated if anything changed on what was needed and even showed me the breakdown of the costs. Would highly recommend this service department and especially Gabe.

I bought my Subaru Crosstrek from this location and it was a very fast process. I'm still using the Heritage Subaru Catonsville to service my car. Mr. Gabriel Rozzi helped me with the install of remote start for my car. He kept me informed throughout the process, charged fair, and the installation was good. The only bad thing is the WiFi in the lobby is bad after 15 mins, but they provide shuttle services so I used that to go back home and continue remove work. Overall, I had very good experience.
