Third time attempting to work with this local dealer and 3rd time left less than impressed with the service staff. Martik actually left us as soon as he heard we would not be purchasing that day and handed us off to another salesman because his client was calling… so you leave a client you were working with because we said no we would not be purchasing a car that night since we had not driven the car yet. Third time is the charm will not be going back. Purchased both our BMW from a dealer that knows the value of treating clients with respect. This BMW will also now be purchased elsewhere.Report
