Insurance denied me couple times and they finally got it !

I would recommend 100% R& S roofing. This roofing company made my life so much easier the process of replacing my roof after the tornado we had back in May. Logan the project manager came to my rescue in a couple of hours and explained to me the whole process as I never had any problem before nor I knew what to do. The job was completed in one day and the crew cleaned up the area really well. The job was completed with no issues or surprises.

Purchased a house in Cypress while still residing in Oregon. The May storm took off my roof. R & S immediately protected and tarped the roof, avoiding more damage, especially since there was another major storm on the way. Even with the sale of my note to another company which caused some issues, R & S worked with me long distance and was efficient and patient. Like most people in the Cypress area, my roof sustained major wind damage during the 5/16/2024 storm.
The following day, a bunch of roofing and restoration companies were in my neighborhood helping folks tarp damaged roofs to minimize water intrusion. I happened to run across Mr. Logan Weber from RS Roofing who quick to tarp my roof but most importantly, promised to follow up with the insurance claim and deliver high quality product including lifetime warranty.
And yes, he delivered beyond my expectations. He is very easy to talk to, always responds in a timely manner, very professional and really takes his word to heart.
By 05/26/2024 an adjuster had inspected the damage and by 06/29/2024 I had a new 50yr roof with lifetime warranty. In hindsight, this was very impressive because it’s now more than 3 months after the storm and we still have a bunch of homes in the neighborhood with tarped roofs. I’m very glad I ran into this guy that morning.

Hurricane Beryl caused leaks in our house and several of our neighbors homes. Remington was able to send out his guys the same day for an inspection and fixed leaks the very next day! He was easy to get ahold of and offered very reasonable pricing. We’re very lucky to have found them. I’m sure we will need to call them again in the future as this is going to be a very long hurricane season.
