Came in for brake fluid flush. Great people to work with from scheduling appointment on the phone, and everyone in service department. Also very fair pricing. Will be back next time my VW needs any work.

I was on time for my appointment for routine oil service, but was thoroughly ignored for over ten minutes by the man who eventually helped me. He tended to another customer who arrived more than 10 minutes after me and only provided service for me when I inquired as to why he was ignoring me. His lame excuse was he thought I wanted to listen to the radio. Really?!! Perhaps older women are invisible to him. That was certainly how I felt. I'll be scheduling future car service appointments elsewhere. The car wash was nice.

I love this place. They treat you like Royalty. Maybe that's why the word "Royal" is in their name!!!

Needed to get a recall fixed on my Subaru Outback. I was quoted a 3-4 hour wait over the phone. Actually only took 2 and a half. They gave us a ride to the mall. We decided to walk back and check out the cars on the lot. A very friendly salesperson approached us and we let him know our car was in the service department. He was very nice. The men we saw at the service desk were very nice, respectful and helpful. The waiting area was clean warm and welcoming. I will definitely be using them in the future. Told me I have a weak battery. I'll probably shop around for my battery though because damn are they pricey lol

Oh and they washed my car. That was just perfect. The shop I got my motorcycle from won't even do that.

I DO NOT recommend buying a vehicle from this car lot.......

Really poor customer service.

They've really gone downhill. They barely ever answer phones anymore.
