From 3 to 5 stars all thanks to Rolo Cifuentes! Look him up when u go there! Bought a great great deal Honda Civic for my son a new grad. Ecstatic with this purchase! Beautiful deal! However, the end process was rather disappointing. They said the car’s in service to be cleaned & filled up for us. When we left their dealer driveway, gas was down less than 1/2 tank & areas had layers of whatever it is yuk yuk weren’t cleaned as promised. Lack of PROFESSIONALISM to say the least. Reached out to Rolo, right away he turned things around! Rolo is the man! He’s the man to see at Royal Moore Subaru in Hillsboro.
