Recently had an appointment at 10am. Dropped vehicle off at 8am. No communication took place through the day, so decided to stop back in at 3:30 PM. Asked for an update and was told that the vehicle hadn’t been touched yet. Why make an appointment then is my question? Also funny that another customer had the same scenario in the lobby happening to them. Don’t think that is a coincidence. (Sounds like a bad pipeline of overbooking…) I had asked for the reasoning as to why the vehicle wasn’t touched all day when I had an appointment and no one was able to answer it. The solution I was given was to sign a contract for a rental for $50 a day for 5 days. Clearly was an attempt for Rouen to make a quick $250. Was then told in the same conversation that parts needed to be ordered… asked what parts needed to be ordered since there wasn’t a diagnosis… but they weren’t able to clarify which parts were needed since there wasn’t an actual diagnosis yet. Place seemed like a complete circus who will take any attempt at a money grab. Ethics seemed low and appeared that the customer is certainly not a priority but your pocketbook is what they want.

I was made comfortable. They didn't leave us alone to check to see if we could get a better deal. Elizabeth and Barb were very helpful and personable.

I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep from Jimmy, and the customer service he provided was outstanding. He was personable, attentive, and thorough throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to family and friends!

I purchased a vehicle from Rouen in August. Overall, the buying experience was great. However, the pre-owned vehicle I purchased had a minor paint issue and was missing the floor mats. They assured me they would schedule with their paint shop to fix the paint issue on the bumper and would order new floor mats and call me when both were set up. These were both written into my purchase contract.
I have called 3 times and spoke with different people since I hadn't heard anything. I've never gotten a call back. I had been planning on using Rouen for my future vehicle needs, but have since changed my mind and won't be purchasing with them again. Do not recommend.
