We had a leak in our bathtub due to ancient faucet handles. Our Roto Rooter plumber came earlier than was planned (an added bonus) and replaced the fixtures and stopped the leak. Tony was absolutely great. He explained every option and even went to 2 stores to find the replacement kit that fit our tub. It is employees like Tony that keep us using Roto Rooter.

Roto-Rooter was excellent! I had just come back from a long trip and found that my bathroom sink was clogged. It was already late into the evening, but as soon as I had called Roto-Rooter, they had someone on their way within an hour.
Ralph was very friendly and efficient. He fixed what was needed quickly and got the job done. I would recommend Roto-Rooters services to others!

I had a appointment waited all morning for the the technician to come to snake a bathroom sink and tell me the price is going to be 630.00 but will knock off 130.00 and will only be 499.00. I laughed and sent him on his way.I can get a plumber to do it for less.Highway robbery !!!

Stu and Jose were professional, experienced, and efficient. They were thorough in checking out both the sink and the toilet, clearly informed me of what was happening and what needed to be done, and made sure I felt comfortable. No wasted time but not rushed either. Great experience all around!
