Bunch of clowns!! Hunter will FORGET to call you back regarding something as serious as a credit app! I do not recommend! Very unprofessional!

I had a few recalls fixed on my 3500. There were a couple of issues they couldn't duplicate, and my concern with the hood looking loose and floppy on the passenger side is normal. That's kinda sad on a 100k truck, but not the dealers fault.
Overall, I was satisfied with the service and time it took to complete.
I did have a door edge ding that I thought they possibly caused, but I couldn't say for sure, nor could I prove it. I just know it is rare that anyone rides in the passenger side, and I didn't notice it two weeks before when I washed it. It is what it is. Stuff happens!
I would go back if I needed a recall or a service I couldn't perform myself. Friendly people in service to deal with.

I had to go through there for the 67A recall and had to get my fog lamps turned on (I installed them) they did the emissions update and the sales code for the fog lamps rather quickly. I asked if the extra key I had ordered had come in and it hadn’t. They had previously told me that it may not make it in, in time. I ran up to landers because they had one in stock. After waiting for the key I went out to the service isle at landers to be ignored, and witnessed a employee “correct” another employee rather aggressively but hey none of my business. So after another employee called the people behind me and asked how they could be helped I understood why the lot was full of cars and I headed BACK to senatobia. The manager pulled the truck back in, in a timely manor and had the truck right back out with a programmed key. Then told me how they appreciated my business. I WILL BE RETURNING! Nice people and very professional. The salesperson sells the first ride, the service department sells all the rides after the first one.
