I received a call back from this office regarding my mother's neglect case in Pa. The lawyer that called me back was the most ignorant, rude individual I've had the displeasure to speak to over the phone. He was nasty, impatient and condescending all in the 2 minute conversation. This is the LAST person you would want to speak to while a family member is suffering from neglect. I highly suggest he take some interpersonal classes before he ruins this practice. I would NEVER use their services. Thank God I found a wonderful office to take on her neglect case. Do yourself a favor, go with someone else!!!
