Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek

Pure luxury.

We had a 5 star experience the entire visit. Our room was amazing, and the beds were so comfortable. We loved how the rooms were decorated, and all the mirrors that were in the room! It helped when two adults were trying to get ready for events during our visit.

All staff went above and beyond, from the bar, to the pool. Something that was very noteworthy was the man at the pool who periodically checked in with me and was always bringing by treats and drinks to try. I felt like a queen.

Best brunch!!! Pancakes are fluffy and the chicken sausage was divine. Pricey, but a real treat!!!

This was my first time staying at any Rosewood property and in Dallas. The service was absolutely impeccable and the staff embody luxury and fantastic hospitality.

Check in was smooth and breakfast as well as dinner was fantastic. The rooms had a great old Hollywood glamour in addition to being clean and renovated. Very large and plenty of space to work or lounge with great coffee table books in the room. They had gorgeous Diptyque toiletries in the shower and I thought it was such a sweet touch when I came back into my room after a long day of meetings to find that housekeeping had clean and laid my makeup and skincare neatly at the vanity (such a sweet and small detailed touch!)

The food in the restaurant was amazing, best fish I've ever had in my life and you can tell they took a lot of pride in what they were serving along with the service provided by the staff.

My recent experience at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek was exceptional. The resort’s dining offerings are truly exquisite, with each dish crafted to perfection. The flavors were rich, and the presentation was beautiful, creating a memorable culinary experience. In addition to the fantastic food, the customer service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure every guest felt valued and taken care of. Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is a top-tier destination for both gourmet dining and outstanding service.

CLASS, SERVICE, DALLAS

A very comfortable hotel, quiet (only exception is when planes take off from the Love Field airport but it’s not so frequent and only during daytime), with large cozy rooms and fantastic beds. |A/C totally under user’s control, which is a big plus for us European people. Professional staff, good breakfast (although a bit too expensive for what it is).

I was disappointed in my stay here . The staff is wonderful . The location is in downtown area . My main issue was the AC not working consistently. It’s working on a sensor . It’s stays off when you aren’t in room . During the night it stayed hot . Apparently it only works when it dictates movement in the room . It also had a musty smell .The hotel could use a facelift as it’s old and tired looking . I hate to leave a bad review for such an iconic hotel but it seems sadly it’s best days are over . It’s a 3 star hotel not a 5 star .
