RoofCrafters has been an amazing company to work with. Getting a new roof can be scary, there are so many moving parts. RoofCrafters made it easy. Starting with Andrew and his entire crew who were amazing to the office personnel. There aren't too many companies anymore that are on-time, professional, and friendly at the same time. Kate Joyce in the office is also the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. Regardless of my request, she always made it happen. Great company and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Andrew is AMAZING!!! When our insurance claim was denied and we were looking for roofers. No other company was willing to give us options. They all said we only do architectural roofing shingles and we can't help you. Andrew understood our need and gave us good, better and best quotes. He didn't try and up sell us, and his roof inspection was dead on! There were no hidden costs and everything he said was wrong with the roof was dead on. When he found out our financial situation, he was even able to shave a few hundred dollars off the cost. When the roofer came out and identified a significant issue, he didn't charge me any additional fees. I would HIGHLY recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking to replace their roof. He is absolutely without a doubt, the best there is in our area!! Thanks again Andrew for the exceptional customer service.
